Our History
Central Texas Tae Kwon Do Temple was created to change lives through martial arts. As a U.S. veteran, school owner David Shadden has seen how martial arts can drastically improve the daily life for all types of people. The self-defense skills, life values, and personal growth are just a few of the benefits he’s seen throughout the years.
Master Shadden’s experience is second to none. He has been a school owner for 20+ years and has earned black belts in multiple disciplines. His teaching journey led him to rebranding to Central Texas Tae Kwon Do in 2010, teaching in Belton for six years and Temple for eight years. In 2022, he moved the school to the current location and has continued to stay true to his purpose – helping families through the wonderful world of martial arts.
